Blogging world here I COME!!

So this is my very first blog post in the history of ever so be kind you guys! But I want to be able to get out there and share more of these amazing images I’m able to capture from my sessions with you and what better way to do it and connect than on a blog!? So here’s to stepping out of my box and trying new things!

For those of you who are new around here, I‘m Malia. Owner of Malia Ann Photography and the face behind the camera usually jumping up and down and acting a fool during sessions to get a smile from the tiny ones! I am an accounting nerd by day (whoop whoop) and photographer by night/weekend/free time I’m not at my 9 to 5! So in short, my college education did not aid in any way, shape or form leading me to creating beautiful images of you all! That is unless you need them for audit purposes! JUST KIDDING!

Mainly because taxes...ugh...enough said!

My biggest supporter and best friend is my husband, Bryan. So most of the set ups that have been built, I have conned him and my dad into by basically tormenting them both until they just don’t want to listen to me asking anymore! Hey, whatever works right!? We’ve been together almost have of my life which is crazy, but I wouldn’t trade him for the world! You know they say geese mate for life, well guess what honey, you’re my goose!

I also am the aunt to two of the best nieces around! These girls, with their two distinct personalities came barreling into my heart from day one! The only downside of being an aunt, they are growing up. I don’t like it. Not a bit. But one thing is for sure, Aunt Mimi won’t ever be far when they need her! Also probably when they don’t, like their first dates and me and their momma are riding along and sitting in the booth behind them. Hope they don’t mind a crowd!
